The 18-year-old son of Donald and Melania Trump has been "popular with the ladies" since starting classes at New York University's Stern School of Business in September. "He's at Stern so he's studying business in some way," a source tells PEOPLE of Barron. "He's a ladies man for sure. He's really popular with the ladies." The insider adds, "He's tall and handsome.
