Secret Service snipers were spotted guarding Kamala Harris and Tim Walz at their Wisconsin rally, in what was the first major outdoor presidential campaign since a gunman opened fire on Donald Trump. The Vice President and her running mate appeared before a crowd of 12,000 people less than a month after Trump was shot at in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13. Last week, Secret Service director Ronald Rowe confirmed that all political candidates will receive similar 'counter sniper coverage moving forward'.
