The New York Post broke the news that suspect Xavier Israel reportedly used a rock to strike the actor.
After a chase between Israel and Michael, the suspect was apprehended by the authorities stationed outdoors the Consulate Common of the Russian Federation in the Upper East Aspect of Manhattan.
The authorities took Israel into custody without incident and charged him with assault.
