NEIGHBOURS are fuming over Amir Kham's luxurious new wedding ceremony venue which boasts a waterfall and palm timber.

The locals have slammed the extravagant Bolton website which the former world champion boxer, 37, is about to open in the coming weeks.

Those who reside nearby say it seems like a building in Dubai – where Khan spends some of his time[/caption]

Some say it doesn't fit in with the world – and that it appears as if it must be in Dubai – whereas others stated it seems to be a decade older than it's.

The Balmayna, which interprets as enamelled from Arabic, stands tall within the Greater Manchester city.

The glass-fronted building is claimed to point out off greenery and floral designs inside, alongside a water function inside.

It's stated to boast "state-of-the-art lighting", sound techniques and palm timber.

The location is described as "magnificence seamlessly assembly excellence" – but those who reside close by aren't so positive.

One individual stated: "It's like a constructing from Dubai."

Whereas one other added: "The design is about 10 years outdated."

Nevertheless, others stated celebrations have been so as, saying: "Wow congratulations – lastly it is open."

In a clip advertising the opening, Khan says: "It was my dad's concept, he needed to start out the wedding corridor."

A spokesperson for The Balmayna stated: "With immense pleasure, the wait is almost over.

"We'll soon unveil the grand opening of The Balmayna, Bolton's latest wedding ceremony haven.

"A splendid challenge between Excellency Midlands and Amir Khan, the place magnificence seamlessly meets excellence."

The Solar has approached Amir's agent for additional remark.

Khan, who spends his time between Bolton and Dubai, is about to open the posh venue in March.

It's stated to be the "brainchild" of the boxer, who's married to and has three youngsters with Pakistani-American YouTuber Faryal Makhdoom.

The venue's website says the location will have the ability to host "a wedding like no different in the UK" and promises it'll exceed expectations.

It reads: "This wedding ceremony venue is the brainchild of Amir Khan, the world champion boxer, making certain a contact of magnificence and excellence in every celebration."

Khan rose to fame after claiming silver at the 2004 Athens Olympics.

The now-37-year-old lost to Kell Brook in a catchweight bout in Manchester in 2022 but was later banned for 2 years for testing constructive for Ostarine.
