The trouble to deliver electronic health data to the VA and a push to make it easier for veterans to see docs outdoors the VA system are aimed toward enhancing access to care. However some worry those modifications will put the VA on the street to privatization. How will the VA protect its essence and stay up to its founding promise even as it seeks to modernize and supply veterans with higher care?
