Brooklyn Peltz Beckham missed out on another one of his mom Victoria's fashion shows amid his continued estrangement from his family

On March 6, the fashion designer presented her Fall 2026 collection during Paris Fashion Week, where she was supported by her husband David and their three other children

Brooklyn spent his 27th birthday this week with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham after slamming his family in a series of social media posts in January

All but one Beckham was on hand to celebrate matriarch Victoria Beckham's recent runway show during Paris Fashion Week.

The fashion designer held her Fall 2026 presentation on March 6 and was supported there by her husband, David Beckham, and three other children — sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, and daughter Harper, 14.

Brooklyn, the eldest at 27, along with his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were noticeably absent from the front row.

Videos on social media show David and the kids looking stylish at the event. The former soccer player wore an all-black suit, which coordinated with the monochromatic outfit Harper decided on. Romeo went for a leather jacket and khakis, while Cuz dressed up in a bold orange and purple shirt with light blue trousers. Victoria greeted the crowd during the show's finale.

Victoria later shared photos from the event in a Friday, March 6 post on Instagram that featured all of her children except for Brooklyn. "Thank you for always being there to support me. I love you all so much xxx," she wrote in the caption.

The family's outing comes only days after Brooklyn celebrated his 27th birthday on March 4.

Despite a Jan. 8 report from The Sun alleging that Brooklyn sent his parents a legal notice warning that they can only contact him through lawyers, while also insisting that they not "tag" him on social media, Victoria and David publicly wished their son well-wished on Instagram. They wrote, "27 Today. Happy Birthday Bust," while Victoria added, "Happy birthday Brooklyn, we love you so much."

Brooklyn's wife, Nicola, also posted a tribute showing her devotion to the budding chef amid his bombshell claims about his parents sabotaging his relationship.

"I hope all your dreams and wishes come true!," she wrote. "You light up every room you walk into and anyone who knows you loves you. You're the most special human and I love being your wife. I love you I love you I love you."

The Lola director, 31, then shared a sweet Instagram carousel from his birthday festivities, posting pictures of the two of them dressed in black. "Last night was so special. Thank you to everyone who came and made it so perfect. we all love you so much Brooklyn!"

Nicola, who attended Victoria's fashion shows between 2022 and 2024, has remained mum about her husband's ongoing rift, even after she was directly asked about the situation for an interview with The Hollywood Reporter published on March 5. Instead of sharing her feelings, she promoted her new ballerina film, Prima, which she's been editing for "the past two and a half weeks."

"So honestly, I've been in the editing room," she explained. "We haven't had weekends. We've just been trying to make a deadline [for Cannes]. And it's been so amazing to just put my focus on that and be creative. It's been really fun doing that, and I'm really excited for it to come out."

In his shocking post shared on Jan. 19, Brooklyn made various claims about his estrangement. "I have been silent for years and have made every attempt to keep these matters private," he said. "Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed. I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."

A woman has sued author and venture capitalist Amy Griffin over her bestselling 2025 memoir "The Tell," saying that Griffin's descriptions of childhood sexual abuse in the book were stolen from her experience.

The plaintiff identifies herself only as Jane Doe in the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. An attorney for Griffin called the suit "absurd" and "meritless."

In "The Tell," published a year ago, Griffin writes that undergoing therapy using the psychedelic drug MDMA uncovered previously buried childhood memories of being sexually abused by a teacher at her middle school in Amarillo, Texas, in the 1980s.

"I knew that these memories were real," Griffin writes in the book. "My body knew what had happened to me."

The memoir was an Oprah's Book Club selection and was also touted by Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff says the descriptions match her own sexual assaults by a different teacher at a school dance and in a school bathroom. The lawsuit says Griffin had reason to know about the abuse.

"'The Tell' constitutes neither a genuine nor harmless memoir," the lawsuit says, alleging Griffin engaged in intrusion, invasion of privacy, publication of private facts, negligence and infliction of emotional distress. It seeks damages to be determined at trial.

The lawsuit also names Griffin's publishers and a ghostwriter as defendants.

The New York Times published a story in September raising questions about the book. It included people who expressed doubts about the reliability of the memories. The story also pointed out financial ties between Griffin and the prominent people who helped promote the book.

The plaintiff first learned of the existence of the memoir when the Times reached out to her during its reporting.

"She immediately recognized that the character of Claudia appeared to be based on herself," the lawsuit says. "She further recognized that a number of stories attributed to the memories of Defendant GRIFFIN that supposedly resurfaced during MDMA therapy were actually her own real life past experiences."

Griffin's attorney, Thomas A. Clare, said in an email: "We look forward to exposing these meritless claims in court, as well as the deeply flawed New York Times reporting that is at the center of it."

"Just like the New York Times manufactured a false narrative about Amy Griffin and 'The Tell,' it also engineered the premise for this absurd lawsuit," Clare said. "After two New York Times reporters instigated this whole situation by bringing the book to her attention, the Plaintiff made her own choice to publicize her narrative to a global audience." He added, "For its part, the Times took full advantage, publicizing this inaccurate narrative despite receiving many red-flag warnings."

Danielle Rhoades Ha, a Times spokeswoman, said in response, "We're confident in the accuracy of our reporting."

The lawsuit says that when the plaintiff was assaulted at the school dance, she was wearing a dress she had borrowed from Griffin. The lawsuit says the abuse would have been apparent to some people at the dance because of how she left and how she returned. It also says the dress was returned to Griffin with bodily fluids from the assault. The plaintiff also said she asked Jesus for forgiveness for the assault at a church youth group meeting that Griffin attended.

The lawsuit says she met with Griffin for the first time in decades at a California coffee shop in 2019, a meeting that is recounted in the book. But the woman said she did not discuss her sexual assaults during the meeting.

The plaintiff says she did describe the abuse in detail to a talent agent who called her later about her life story. According to the lawsuit, the agent told the plaintiff he learned about her and her stories through an unidentified third party. The lawsuit says the agent stopped contact when she began asking him too many probing questions about him, and that details from the conversations "found their way into 'The Tell.' "

Over nearly five decades, Saturday Night Live has found endless ways to turn food into comedy. The show has parodied restaurants, mocked celebrity chefs, invented bizarre fake food products and built entire musical numbers around a single dish. With so many food-related sketches across generations of cast members, narrowing the list down to just ten wasn't easy.

Some fan favorites didn't quite make the cut. Classic fake commercials like Taco Town and Bass-O-Matic remain legendary among longtime viewers. Other memorable sketches, like Colon Blow and the random "People Getting Punched Right Before Eating," all had strong cases for inclusion. But in the end, the following sketches (in reverse order) were selected as the top 10, and represent the best combination of iconic moments, cultural impact and pure comedic absurdity in SNL's long history with food.

😋😋SIGN UP to get delicious recipes, handy kitchen hacks & more in our daily Pop Kitchen newsletter🍳🍔

10 Funniest Food-Related SNL Sketches10. Clinton at McDonald's, 1992

In this early-1990s sketch, Phil Hartman delivers one of his most beloved impressions as Bill Clinton during a campaign stop at a McDonald's. The future president casually wanders between tables, chatting with diners and helping himself to fries and sandwich bites while answering questions and explaining policy ideas. The sketch lands because Hartman captures Clinton's famously charming, talkative personality and appetite, while the restaurant setting becomes increasingly absurd.

9. Lunch Lady Land, 1994

Written and performed by Adam Sandler during his time on SNL, "Lunch Lady Land" turns a school cafeteria into a full musical fantasy. Sandler sings about sloppy joes and meatloaf sandwiches before the song spirals into a wild food-themed adventure involving Chris Farley as the mole-faced lunch lady. The sketch captures the kind of silly food nostalgia that resonates with audiences who carry equally fond memories of high school cafeteria offerings, and helped cement Sandler's reputation for churning out memorable musical comedy.

8. Totino's with Kristen Stewart, 2017

SNL has produced several fake commercials for Totino's Pizza Rolls, but the version featuring Kristen Stewart stands out for its unexpected and surreal direction. What begins as a familiar snack-food commercial spoof with cast member Vanessa Bayer keeping "her hungry guys" fed for the big game quickly turns a corner as Stewart's character, Sabine, enters the kitchen. The two embark on a deeply romantic interlude—accentuated by Totino's snacks that never make it out of the kitchen.

7. Samurai Delicatessen, 1976

One of the earliest recurring sketches on SNL featured John Belushi as a samurai warrior working a variety of odd jobs. In this irreverent installment, the faux-Japanese-speaking samurai is behind the counter of a New York delicatessen. Belushi slices meats and veggies with battle-ready intensity, while Buck Henry plays a perfect straight man as an unaffected customer who doesn't seem to notice anything unusual about the situation. The contrast between Belushi's aggressive samurai persona and the everyday deli setting creates a perfectly ridiculous premise that became a fan favorite during the show's early years.

6. Anal Retentive Chef, 1989

Another sketch featuring the late Phil Hartman, this time in a parody of a TV cooking show. Harman plays Gene, a meticulous, overly precise and organized chef who attempts to walk viewers through the creation of pepper steak. The cooking lesson quickly goes awry, however, as Gene discovers his pre-diced peppers are not all the same size and "doesn't like the look" of others, forcing him to restart before he's even begun. The entire lesson falls apart without so much as a single pepper or one of his 43 pieces of lean beef hitting the skillet.

5. The French Chef, 1978

This classic sketch features Dan Aykroyd parodying legendary television cook Julia Child. During the demonstration, Aykroyd's version of Child accidentally slices her finger and attempts to carry on cooking while losing an increasingly ridiculous amount of fake blood. The sketch remains one of the most famous food parodies in SNL history and showcases the show's early willingness to mix culinary television with over-the-top, outrageous physical comedy.

4. Dunkin' Donuts, 2016

This commercial spoof for Dunkin' features Casey Affleck paying tribute to his Bostonian roots as Donny, a foul-mouthed super-fan of the New England-based franchise. The exaggerated Boston attitude and Affleck's commitment to the role turned the sketch into an instant modern classic. It perfectly captures regional loyalty to the brand while poking fun at the tone of customer-featured fast-food advertisements.

3. Diner Lobster, 2018

Part of a series of musical sketches written by host John Mulaney, "Diner Lobster" transforms a simple seafood order at a New York diner into a full Broadway-style production inspired by Les Misérables. Cast members sing elaborate musical numbers while warning a customer not to order the questionable lobster special. The sketch is widely praised for its ambitious staging and remains one of the most elaborate food-related pieces SNL has ever produced.

2. Schweddy Balls, 1998

At number two, cast members Ana Gasteyer and Rachel Dratch spoof National Public Radio with a parody show, Delicious Dish. Guest host Alec Baldwin plays Pete Schweddy, a bakery owner proudly promoting his holiday dessert balls. The sketch relies on a steady stream of double entendres as the hosts discuss the size, texture and taste of Schweddy's baked goods with perfectly straight faces. It's a mix of subtle wordplay, deadpan delivery, and NPR parody that turned the sketch into one of the most quoted bits in SNL history.

1. Olympia Restaurant, 1978

Few sketches are more closely tied to SNL's early identity than the Olympia Restaurant series. The sketch stars John Belushi as a frustrated Greek diner owner who repeatedly tells customers the restaurant only serves "cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger." The idea for the sketch came from Chicago's now legendary Billy Goat Tavern. The simple premise became instantly iconic—both with the show and restaurant that inspired it—defining the kind of character-driven, chaotic comedy that shaped the show's earliest seasons. Decades later, the catchphrase still remains one of the most recognizable lines ever scripted on SNL.

After nearly 50 seasons, SNL has produced more food-related comedy than any list could fully capture. Whether it's a diner refusing to serve anything but cheeseburgers or a Broadway-style warning about ordering lobster, the show continues to find new ways to turn everyday meals into unforgettable comedy.

ZZ Top dominated the music scene from the late '70s through the '80s with their head-turning stage presence, gritty blues-rock sound and playful lyrics. At the height of their popularity, one of their songs emerged as a standout and is now regarded as one of the best mainstream rock songs of all time.

Over the years of their illustrious career, the legendary trio has introduced a string of notable music, which includes the 1985 track "Stages."

Featured on their ninth studio album, Afterburner, the rock band took a slightly different direction this time, delivering an upbeat, more pop-influenced rock sound while still blending their signature blues-rock rhythm.

Forty-one years later, ZZ Top's legacy remains strong with "Stages" landing No. 62 on Billboard's "Greatest of All Time Mainstream Rock Songs" ranking.

Among the list were "Touch, Peel And Stand" by Days Of The New in the top spot, followed by Stone Temple Pilots' "Interstate Love Song" at second place and U2's "Mysterious Ways" at third.

Completing the top five rankings were "How You Remind Me" by Nickelback at fourth and Creed's "Higher" at fifth place.

ZZ Top's 'Stages' is Chart-Topping One

Despite the 1985 song not winning a major individual award, "Stages" achieved global success after peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for two consecutive weeks in 1986.

In addition, the song also reached No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100, further cementing its status as one of ZZ Top's most successful hits during that time.

The song's success also extended overseas after reaching No. 43 on the U.K's Official Singles Chart, remaining on the rankings for four weeks in early 1986.

Decades later and a slew of timeless hits released, ZZ Top remains a powerhouse in rock music and is actively touring this year.

Following the passing of founding member and longtime bassist Dusty Hill in 2021, the band carried on with Elwood Francis, their longtime guitar technician who had been filling in for Hill, officially taking over the role of bassist.

This year, ZZ Top will have their North America and Europe shows for The Big One 2026 tour, which will kick off on March 21 for the U.S. leg.

Meanwhile, the European leg will start on June 22 in Estonia and is scheduled to hit 12 more countries. Interestingly, this will be the band's first European tour in two years following their Elevation Tour in 2024.

Stephen Hibbert, the actor best known for playing "The Gimp" in *Pulp Fiction*, has died at the age of 68.

According to TMZ, the writer and performer died in Denver on Monday, following a heart attack. "Our father, Stephen Hibbert, passed away unexpectedly this week," his children, Ronnie, Rosalind, and Greg, said in a statement to the outlet. "His life was full of love and dedication to the arts and his family. He will be dearly missed by many."

Hibbert's death comes just three months after the passing of one of his *Pulp Fiction* scene partners, Peter Greene.

Born in Fleetwood, England, Hibbert broke into the industry as a writer on *Late Night With David Letterman*. He'd then go on to serve the same position on *Boy Meets World *and *Mad TV*, and he also helped pen the script for* It's Pat*, a film based on the breakout *Saturday Night Live* character of his then-wife, Julia Sweeney.

Onscreen, Hibbert appeared in a pair of Mike Myers comedies, *Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged M*e and *The Cat in the Hat*, and guest starred on the TV series *Just Shoot Me* and *Rush Hour*.

But Hibbert's most recognized performance was one that never revealed his face. In Quentin Tarantino's 1994 masterpiece *Pulp Fiction*, boxer Butch Coolidge (Bruce Willis) is running from feared crime boss Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames), when he seeks shelter in a pawn shop. But the owner, Maynard (Duane Whitaker), holds the two men at gunpoint and ties them up in his basement, where Maynard and his pal Zed (Peter Greene) are keeping "The Gimp," a man held in a small box and dressed in leather bondage, including a mask that doesn't allow him to speak. The Gimp is tied up and left to watch over Butch as Maynard and Zed take Marsellus to the other room to sexually assault him, but Butch manages to get free and punch the Gimp, who unsuccessfully tries to yell to get his captors' attention.

Not much information was ever given about the character and how he ended up in that situation, until Tarantino peeled back a curtain in 2020. "It doesn't quite play this way in the movie, but, in my mind when I wrote it, the Gimp's dead," he revealed to Empire. "Butch knocked him out and then, when he passed out, he hung himself. In terms of backstory, he was a hitchhiker or somebody that they picked up seven years ago, and they trained him so he's the perfect victim."

For his part, Hibbert embraced the bonkers role and the legacy that came with it — even if it didn't prove to be life-changing. "I never made a big deal of it," he told Vulture in 2014. "I wish I had, but I've never figured out a way to monetize it or make it a thing. I've never sent out Christmas cards with the Gimp or anything. And whatever else I've done before or will do in show business, I don't think I'll ever have a cooler credit than that. I love the fact that I did that."

Carlos López Estrada, the director who was set to helm a live-action take of Disney's *Robin Hood*, says the project has stalled out.

"It's dead, sadly," López Estrada responded to a question about the status of *Robin Hood* this week during an AMA on Reddit. "I say sadly because I actually thought there was something really special (and original!) there. Some truly extraordinary music we had figured out for it."

He added, "I keep daydreaming about doing it independently with different characters."

As far back as 2020, the movie was in development for Disney+, per *The Hollywood Reporter*.
