Pentagon halts fight against ISIS in Iraq amid new threats to bases


The U.S. army on Sunday suspended its operations towards remaining parts of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria as troops turn their attention to protecting bases in Iraq from strikes by Iran-backed militias.
